Low porosity hair has a tightly bound cuticle layer that resists moisture absorption and is highly susceptible to product build-up. This 100% natural shampoo has been formulated with that specific hair structure in mind, using a blend of gentle, lightweight cleansers that remove build-up effectively without further sealing the cuticle or leaving heavy residues behind.

Reetha extract (Sapindus Mukorossi), the Ayurvedic soap nut revered in Indian hair care for centuries, acts as a natural, mild cleansing agent that foams gently and rinses clean. Stinging nettle leaf extract (Urtica Dioica) provides a scalp-invigorating botanical note rich in silica, iron and natural phytochemicals. Sodium PCA, one of the most effective humectants found naturally in the hair cortex, helps the strand retain moisture even after rinsing. Mild amino acid-based surfactants (Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Caprylyl Capryl Glucoside, Coco Glucoside) ensure a thorough yet gentle cleanse. Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride provides a soft, detangling conditioning effect in the rinse phase.
