Welcome to MB Cosmetics Lab, a place where we create innovative personal care products for your brand! We develop, manufacture & package your cosmetic products with great care & love. In our human-sized laboratory, we are dedicated to support you in all the stages of your project to create the products that your clients will rave about!

We take the time to work with you to understand your vision, requirements, target market, client behaviour and socio-economical standards to create the perfect products for your brand!

Product Development

STEP 1: This is where you tell us your ideas and we make them come true! This involves contracts, quotes, R&D, choosing ingredients, beauty trends, biology of the skin and hair, sustainable development methods, scents, in-house experiments, prototypes, etc. (Timeline: 3 – 12 months)

Quality Control & Testing

STEP 2: We develop high-performing and safe cosmetic products for your customers. But to ensure so and to comply with the EU & UK Cosmetic Regulation, we conduct stability testing, challenge testing and quality checks on your products. (Timeline: 3 months)

Compliance & Responsible Person

STEP 3: This step is mainly mandatory for EU and UK (but not only). After the lab tests have been successful, we create a CPSR (safety assessment), a PIF (product information file), we share labelling requirements and help you notify the CPNP/SCPN. We also provide Responsible Person services to enter the EU & the UK markets. (Timeline: 2-4 weeks)

Manufacturing & Filling

STEP 4: Our Belgian-based manufacturing unit will cater to your needs with dedication and love whether you are a startup or a larger company (low MOQs) ! We take care of manufacturing filling and packing according to Good Manufacturing Practices – GMP ISO 22716. (Timeline: 4-8 weeks)
