  • What information do we need to send a quote ?

  1. Your business name
  2. Your business address
  3. Your business VAT number (for EU only)
  4. Your business registration number (outside of EU)
  5. Which products you want to order
  6. How many units per SKU
  7. What capacity per jar/bottle
  8. What packaging do you want?
  9. Do you want us to apply labels or not?
  10. Do you want us to place your bottles/jars in individual boxes?

 

  • What is an SKU ?

An SKU refers to a product type. For example, if you want our nourishing body cream in 100ml with X scent, that’s 1 SKU. If you want again, the same nourishing body cream but in 250ml and with Y scent, that’s another SKU. So when we say our MOQ is 100 units per SKU, it means that if you want to order both versions of the nourishing body cream, it will be a minimum of 100 units per version / SKU.

 

  • What packaging options are available ?

We have a list of packaging options available with our suppliers and we can provide you with this list and the associated prices. It is also completely possible for you to choose another packaging from a supplier of your choice and have it delivered to our lab. But please do not ship anything to us before communication has taken place.

 

  • Can the formulas be customised ?

No. But most of our products allow for scent customisation, just ask us!

 

  • What is the pricing for your products ?

You can request our PDF product catalogue to view pricing based on standard sizes. Or you can send us your requirements and we will issue a quote.

 

  • What is the timeline for manufacturing ?

That is heavily dependent on when you order and what is the size of your order. When you reach out to us, we will let you know what is our earliest availability and the time required to order ingredients, manufacturing, fill, pack & ship, based on your order size. Then, once we’ve agreed on a timeline and all other details pertaining to your order, we will issue the invoice and register your order on our calendar.

 

  • What are your payment terms ?

Payment upfront. Unless it is over 5000€. In which case, we can accommodate the following: 50% downpayment and 50% before shipping.
