I’m Rose. My real name is Morgane and if you’ve contacting me, that’s how I sign all my professional emails, but Rose is also one of the many nicknames I received a decade ago at Uni and that I simply kept since then. I’m used to it and it represents my creative side, while my government name represents my professional side. So while I put pen to paper and share my thoughts, advice and knowledge with you, I’ll sign by my creative name, Rose. It makes me happy and frankly, I don’t have any better explanation to give.

I’m a trained cosmetic chemist, studying to become a certified herbalist with years of hands-on experience not only formulating products but also manufacturing them and helping indie beauty brands scale their business smoothly.

I run two businesses based in Brussels, Belgium:

• MB Cosmetics Laboratory: A small-batch cosmetic manufacturing lab where we offer cosmetic product development, formula creation, lab testing (stability, challenge testing, CPSR, PIF – in collaboration with a specialised testing lab), and compliance consulting for the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and beyond.

• Business Hub Academy: An online education platform designed to help individuals turn their skills—like cosmetic formulation, candle making, herbalism, and more—into profitable businesses.

I work every day at the intersection of formulation science, regulatory expertise, and business scaling. My mission?
To empower beauty entrepreneurs—whether you’re creating your very first lip balm or scaling up a full professional skincare line—to succeed without the overwhelm.
